1. Build a usable product brief

Identify the product, intended use, target market, quantity, required timing and the material or construction decisions already made.

  • A tech pack is ideal when available.
  • A reference sample or clear design brief can start the review.
  • State any non-negotiable quality or testing requirement early.

2. Align development inputs

The factory and buyer review fabrics, trims, pattern, measurements and construction details. Open decisions should be resolved before final approval.

3. Approve the production reference

The approved sample and written specification become the control reference for bulk production. Any later change should be documented clearly.

4. Hand the program into production

Cutting, sewing, any required seam sealing and the defined process checks should follow the approved construction route.

5. Release against agreed criteria

Workmanship, measurements, packing and any program-specific requirement are reviewed before shipment release.
