01What does KAIDA Outdoor Apparel Factory manufacture?+
KAIDA manufactures OEM/ODM waterproof jackets, ski wear, hunting apparel, fishing apparel and other functional woven garments in Yongzhou, Hunan, China.
02Does KAIDA support both OEM and ODM programs?+
Yes. KAIDA can review a buyer's tech pack, reference sample or design brief and align development, sampling and bulk production with the approved specification.
03Does KAIDA have in-factory seam-sealing capability?+
Yes. Current KAIDA factory data lists 40–50 seam-sealing machines for waterproof and functional garment production.
04What is KAIDA's MOQ?+
MOQ is confirmed by product category, fabric, color, customization level and technical complexity. A target quantity should be included in the first inquiry so feasibility can be reviewed accurately.
05How long do samples and bulk production take?+
Sample and bulk production lead times are confirmed after the specification, materials and order quantity have been reviewed. Custom fabrics, colors or branded trims can add procurement time.
06Does every KAIDA jacket have the same waterproof rating?+
No. Waterproof and breathability ratings depend on the selected fabric, garment construction and testing requirements. The target rating must be confirmed for the specific product program.
07Can KAIDA source branded zippers or custom trims?+
Material and trim options can be reviewed during development. Branded or custom items may have supplier minimums and additional procurement time.
08What should a buyer send for a quotation?+
Send the product category, tech pack or reference images, intended use, target quantity, materials or performance requirements, size range and required delivery window.
09Where is the KAIDA factory located?+
KAIDA Outdoor Apparel Factory is located in Yongzhou, Hunan Province, China.
